WoW Christmas ornament

Quick post of a project I have completed for the holidays. I present to you the world of Warcraft  murloc Christmas tree ornament. I used a basic pattern from a murloc pattern I found on a Craftster post. I added the red hands and feet, and used a red feather for it’s back fin. I made it look as close as I could to a murloc in the game.

Materials for a Murloc Ornament

I used:

• Green felt (lime)
• red felt
• red feather
• ivory felt (teeth and eye rims)
• light blue glass seed beads
• teeny bit of polyfill
• red and green embroidery thread
• googly eyes

I hand sewed the ornament around the edges using a whip stitch. I stitched the vein of the feather inside so the fluff would come out as his back fin. Used a little bit more thread to use as a hanger and Voila! murloc ornament for my DH, who raids three nights a week as a pink haired gnome.
